i'm glad he's doing ok and holding himself together.

Cuteness overload.
The kits all have thier eyes open now. I change thier straw out in the nest boxes once a week and try to save as much fur to put back in as possible once I scrub out the box to kill the pee smell.
All of the white ones have thier mommys eye color REW. The black ones with the white kits are three of Belle's that I placed with Betty to even up the kits having a better chance of nursing.
A couple of them are getting really big.
Its suppose to get down to freezing here Tuesday night.
I found one poor kit out this morning in Belle's cage. Poor thing was shivering. 
Luckily it wasnt too cold but cold enough he was shivering so I placed him back in the box and he dove for cover! 
Yesterday, two of Belle's were out so I put them back in. I dont think they are able to comprehend jumping back in just yet but by next week they'll be little jumping beans.
All kits doing great. Im glad they had a chance to get thier fur in before it gets too cold here. Im not looking forward to winter.

Pic of my oldest original barn cat turned storage building cat turned too old to jump the fence and got her own dog house by the house cat now maybe indoor cat since shes probably not going to be around much longer cat.

i wish i could do that all winter... not really, but when it is cold and howling outside that looks like a nice attitude to have about it all...
