Just to put my two pennies in;
I've had two colonoscopies (one in 2016 and 1 in 2017). I had feared having them but I had a good digestive disorder specialist that put my fears to rest and on the day of the procedure I was given a sedative that was only supposed to relax me but it put me to sleep so I didn't know anything until I woke up. The only thing I really had an issue with was the prep medicine.

If I wasn't huge (or fluffy as you say) then my health wouldn't be in jeopardy and my boyfriend (who claims he loves me) wouldn't be after me to lose weight even though he's on the big side homself

There is a low carb thread going over on BYH. It has a good discussion and recipes. We are on a low carb diet, but the high fat for a Keto diet wasn't working for us. So I toned it down to watching calories and carbs, the weight is now coming off. Both of us want to lose 15-20 pounds. I made the enchiladas last night, @frustratedearthmother has made them too. They were delicious!
