I have always despised powdered milk......now I know why!
I grew up on it and blame it for a lot of my health issues now. I never drank real whole milk until college except for the half pint carton I bought at school most days.

So, was wondering, are all powdered milks made the same way..? I very rarely drink any milk.I bought a few #10 cans for emergency baking if needed. Is it correct to say, no powdered milk is really good for you...?

Correct. All heat processing of milk is bad. And the more its processed, the more toxic it is to the body.
UHT milk is probably the absolute worst thing you could put in your body though.

So, I guess throwing milk in the dehydrator wouldn't work. :/

That should be fine. Its low temp, so it will not damage the milk.

Powderedmilk is made by spraying it at very high temps onto a hot metal surface.

It does not hurt to try it. Personally, I would make cheese. That is the traditional/historical way of preserving dairy for off peak times.
