Thanks for the info. You are kiddng about the milk in a dehydrator , right...?

Not really. One of my dreams is to go camping w/my horse and only have w/me what I could carry in saddle bags w/out the need for refrigeration. So, if I want any milk for either drinking or adding to coffee or making hot chocolate, I'd need a way to carry it. I've never liked the taste of powered milk, and I've even gotten to the point where I don't really like the taste of the hot chocolate mixes because I can taste the powdered milk. So, this would give me an alternative. Next time I use the dehydrator, if I remember, I'll try it, and let you know how it goes.
