Yeah, that time of year. I have a slab of pork belly to cure and a rack of goat ribs. If I get busy & work the pork, I could cook & smoke with same grill -- pork on smoker side. There's a thought. Now I need to make it happen. LOL Maybe for fourth of July. Yeah, that's about right because it'll take me that long to "get to" salting the pork.
Right now....nothing to can. Still need to use up freezer!
