21 quarts of tomatoes. Mom helped on the 2nd batch which made it go faster and i'm glad that she did. sometimes we're not on the same schedule but it worked out today and we had fun and got it done.

feels good that we got through it early enough that i won't be up late. sometimes i've stayed up to do it because it's cooler and nicer and i didn't want to leave things sit overnight.

I’m doing tomato sauce today. I just hope the toddler doesn’t decide to be a hellion so I can actually get it done.

I canned sweetcorn last night. First time canning corn, so hopefully we will like it. If we do, I will pick up more corn and can alot more.

Did you add the ground beef before canning or are you gonna add it when warming it up to serve?

Added and then canned it up. Wife was browning it when I took the picture
