WHAT ARE YOU CANNING TODAY?

39 pints of salsa made with the son today. 1 batch medium hot, 1 batch mango habenero (good, too hot for my tastes), and the third batch should be banned by the UN as a WMD.

Pickles, my go to is Bread and Butter, but I still have plenty. May just do a simple sweet pickle.
 
That would be the one my DH would enjoy. I just don't get it... :hu

if your mouth is on fire you aren't noticing your back hurts... more seriously though there is a brain chemical released for some people who like hot foods - i'm still wimpy and don't like the superhots, but i do understand it having feasted in NM many times and cooked a lot of hot foods.
