What did you cook from scratch today?

Garlic chicken Fettucini alfredo, grilled sweet corn, and southern scalloped tomatoes.

Then chicken was organic amish raised, the corn was fresh picked from a farm on my way home from work yesterday, and the the scalloped tomatoes were compliments of my extremely prolific sweet 100 cherry tomatoe jungle

Ooo Ooo

Gulasch and Spaetzle - though to be honest the gulasch was made a couple of months ago, and came out of the freezer for this evening's meal. The spaetzle are the easiest, quickest homemade noodle ever, and a particular favorite of DH's.

Brown bottle pork chops

Yesterday I made a quickie (6 hour) chicken stock.

Today will be home made chicken tortilla soup....with lots of heat and loads of cheese and avo on top :)

I am also making more panna cotta. Lemon today...Spice tomorrow.

The other night I made garden vegetable pizza. It had a homemade sourdough crust, tomato sauce from garden tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and roasted zucchini on top (also from the garden). :drool
