Huh... those look like.... (blanking... on name) but as if they are about to pop up taller with stalks...

???

Do you know what those are? I love mushroom harvesting.
I have not made any attempt to identify these. They look similar to the alcohol inky caps that grow in the guinea pen. There were lots that came up in the garden last year that were identified as 80% confidence that they were Psilocybe Zapotecorum aka "magic mushrooms". I did not try them to find out.

10 maters, 6 peppers, 2 hills zucchini, 2 hills yellow squash, double rows of beans, row of mixed lettuce. No one else has touched any other plot

Anyone ever cut/trim onion tops? What do you do with them? Can you freeze them? Use for broth? I just trimmed some so wondering where they should go, compost or freezer
Good with chili, we use them like chives. This year I did not trim though, when I have trimmed the thips infest. This year not a single thip to be found.

Well these green beans must have heard me. I gave them 1 week and if they weren't up by then, I was going to till then under. Well It's been 6 days and look at that, green beans are up 👍

Only difference that I can tell is soil moisture, maybe the temperature a tad cooler IDk...
