WHAT THE HECK DO I DO WITH ALL THESE EGGS?!

Thyme and eggs are amazing together. When I make a savoury dish with lots of eggs I try to add some thyme to it, just for that flavor.
 
I sell most of mine. Covers feed and then some
 
My one dozen per week egg customer asked for 3 dozen. YES! Also have a dozen for eggnog for a Christmas party, a dozen for breakfast casserole fo DS10 next week while school is out.

That gets me down to 2 dozen in the fridge. I can manage that. Except they're laying 11-13 per day. Uff dah. I need to find another egg customer.
 
maybe you should advertise on Facebook or take them to work and sell to coworkers.

I have one lady who calls every couple weeks. She buys all that I have.
