Last night I had the best dinner I've had in a long time... mmmmm

Ginger pork spring rolls with maple infused soy sauce for dipping

A whole rack of lamb, so tender it was melting in my mouth... mashed sweet potatoes and roasted carrots.

Date pudding with toffee sauce and homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert.

    Definitely not diet food.

We took hubby's aunt out for her 80th birthday and she picked a really nice restaurant. It was so good... it's been more than a year since I've gone out to a restaurant for anything other than breakfast. mmmmmm...

Dace, that salmon sounds heavenly :)

White bean chicken chili. Except I have to cook it....
I did the beans in the pressure cooker this morning. The chicken is thawed. I guess I'd better get to it!

Nothing yet. I had some pizza cheese (panir) about three hours ago, and peach tea more recently. Too much to do to eat !

We're too stressed over our sick baby goat. So it's pizza with added cheese, sausages and our own frozen peppers and wine for me.

Sorry to hear about your baby goat. Hope it recovers quickly.

    Last night we had ...

Barbecued Pork Ribs - our own pastured pork, and they were to die for!
Fresh Cauliflower and Fresh Broccoli from the garden
Applesauce we had canned in the Fall
    Homemade Whole Wheat Baguette
