What's for dinner?

last night i had a quick and simple dinner, cottage cheese at first, and then i had a can of spaghettios with oregano and grated parmesian cheese on top. so in my tummy it all came together as a kind of lasagna. slept like a rock.

Corned beef and cabbage. Bought corned beef (2)around St. Patrick's day. Gonna cook the remaining one today in the Instant Poot. Yum!

Buffalo wings, medium spicy. Store had some that looked really good. Was not disappointed

We had grilled chicken, easy but so good, with a salad and rhubarb crisp

a few shortbread cookies with strawberries on top (from the freezer) and whipped cream and then after that i had a bowl of macaroni and tomato juice with a bit of butter on it. it was at the stage i like the best, when the pasta is still firm and before the juice has all been soaked up by the noodles - right when it is fresh made. it is still good later on too but i like it best when fresh.

Why are you eating breakfast for dinner? Cookies and milk has been my breakfast many times.

I've been known to just have some trail mix if it's just me. Or a can of sardines, or a couple graham crackers. I get lazy of it's just me.
