Me too! We're going to smoke a big ol' pork shoulder today. I'm sure we'll get tired of it ater a few days so I'll probably can or freeze about half of it tomorrow. Even half will last the two of us awhile.
Oven roasted homegrown pork loin with a few home-grown potatoes and onions cooked in the drippings, homegrown okra (fried with zero breading in the pork fat) and cucumber salad from (yep) home grown cukes! YUM!
