I might have to try making a stuffed meatloaf - sure sounds good. Yes - I think the gr. pork gave it much more flavor than just turkey would.

We are late on the snow this year- everyone else is beating us to winter!

We had pasta with sauce and sausage, and garlic bread. My turkey was still pretty frozen, I'll cook it tomorrow!

I've got a chicken carbonara casserole in the oven- it was easy and I had all the ingredients on hand. We have snow coming down right now.

It's that time of year that I start planning meals that need baked. Running the oven for a bit each day helps put off the need for a fire for a while longer.
