My night to cook. Wife bought two packages of scallops. She said that she knew I liked them. We'll yea I like scallops! it's like my favorite seafood. But I never cooked them before. So off to Google I went and found this method to cook scallops --->

This picture caught my eye.
I basically followed the directions to pan sear the scallops but I used butter instead of vegetable oil and sprinkled a little old Bay on the scallops when they were in the pan.
I took out 4 ears of frozen Garden Sweet Corn and thawed it out in sink. Then I shucked it and cut the corn off the cob cooked in a pan with butter and sea salt.
I also went to the garden and got two Abe Lincoln and a hand full of roma Tomato's. I cut the Tomato's and crushed up some basil I grew in the garden in 2012and sprinkled over top of the tomatoes.
When the scallops we done I assembled a plate for my wife and me. A layer of garden sweet corn, on top of that, garden Tomato's and Basil, then on top of that pan seared scallops.

Just something about the garden sweet corn, tomato's, basil that married perfectly with the pan seared scallops. This is the best meal I ever cooked, lip smacking delicious!
