I have no idea what to do for Thanksgiving. If I can find a small enough turkey I'll go with that, or maybe just some Turkey Drums since we prefer dark meat. I can make a nice low carb stuffing using my keto bread for the base, and gravy thickened with Xanthan gum instead of flour. If I use stevia instead of sugar I can make a low carb cranberry sauce. Creamed spinach, maybe some baked sweet potatoes, and I can take some canned pumpkin and mix it into my low carb ice cream and refreeze it, then serve it with low carb fudge sauce. That sounds like an acceptable feast!
Tonight I have some pork chops baked with a bit of barbecue seasoning, some green beans, and a green salad.
