Chicken, broccoli, alfredo. First time making alfredo sauce. Other than being a bit runny, it was pretty good. I used the fine grater for the cheese so that may have caused the problem. May have actually needed more cheese as coarse grate wouldn't be as fluffy and it's measured by cup.

Didn't have any parmesan, but I did have a bunch of the aged gouda which is just as hard and has less salt.

Made cottage cheese this morning. I'll do another batch of something after dinner -- frig room needed!

Looks like a batch of egg bites or an egg frittata needs to happen. Maybe egg salad 🤔 Use eggs. Can freeze for quick breakfasts. And I'll take 3-4 dz to a friend. That frig room thing.

I can't be the only one with these quantity problems. 🤭

No. Tasted some 1x...didn't like them. But I eat very few eggs. Those I do are combined with taste altering veggies. 🤣 Peppers, onion, garlic, cheese, salsa..."junk omelets".
