Chicken, broccoli, alfredo. First time making alfredo sauce. Other than being a bit runny, it was pretty good. I used the fine grater for the cheese so that may have caused the problem. May have actually needed more cheese as coarse grate wouldn't be as fluffy and it's measured by cup. 
Didn't have any parmesan, but I did have a bunch of the aged gouda which is just as hard and has less salt.
