I'm looking for a website that has a lot of ideas for experiments or learning projects for my preschooler.
I've done a search on-line but I am overwhelmed.
What are the best ones?
That's great that you are trying to become informed.
I always say if you focus on eliminating processed foods and empty calories you are off to a great start(except for a rare treat).
I didn't dismiss it at all. I'm just pointing out the fact that this research is not definitive. We all know that soda is not a health food. We should ALL be proactive with our health but definitive research is needed so we have the power to change things in public health. It's not all about us.
I know there is one called Zevia. I bought one for my DH and he said it was good. I didn't try it myself. Can only find it at our local Health Food Store here though and it's pricey.
I would guess the link is more likely because of the general lifestyle than the soda itself. Not to say the study is not worth something. Most studies start small like this and it's really difficult to eliminate the lifestyle factor unless you'd control peoples entire diet for 40 years or so -...
I'll have to check for that. I have something that is kind of like excema but it's not - so the multiple dermatologists have told me. I do use the steroid cream and have tried MANY different moisturizers but only the steroid gives me temporary relief.

Our hospital used to have that exact same page on their site but they dropped it - I think they had to pay something to have it.
I refer to it often to see what the latest is on natural remedies.
Ok, I'm one of those skeptical people that doesn't believe anything unless there is SOME kind of evidence.
I DO believe in some herbal remedies but not until I research them.
If you are in the mood for some heavy reading and have a little bit of knowledge about research studies check out this...
That's what the used to say but now that mechanism is under question. It's the adherence of the bacteria to the bladder wall(or inability to adhere) that seems to be the current belief.
We have a big house and are looking into alternative power.
Am also considering solar but not sure how efficient it would be here in the northeast.
Wondering what the cost of installation and efficiency of a wind turbine system would be.......
