Baymule’s 2023 Diet

I’m still on my low calorie low carb diet. I pick up my granddaughters on Saturday for a week. So I may blow it for awhile. LOL
Weight last night was 135, this morning was 133. I’m getting there.

Are they out of school? This is mid Feb -- maybe teacher work days. 🤷. My DGD is soon to be 21, so not up on school schedules anymore

Only grands visiting now is letting the dogs out for the DD. 🤣

They go to all year school. They get a shorter break in the summer and a week off here and there.

That’s what our schools switched to for my youngest’s last few years. One month off in summer, and then 2 week breaks in October, December and I can’t remember the other one, but it was part way through the spring.

I'll be losing some weight this week and especially next. I'm on a low residue diet and then a colonoscopy on Tuesday. I'm way overdue and have been having problems.

Get a colonoscopy folks!! It saved my husband's life over the last 15 years. They have scraped off polyps each time he had one, until last December 2019, where he was clear!!!!

Valentines Day would have been my 27th anniversary. But it’s not. Went to town today, hit the sale aisle and got a box of Valentine’s candy. Ate 3 pieces. Yuck. I mean YUCK. I feel like I need to clean my mouth out with a Brussels sprout.

Supper tonight was steak, stir fry with bell pepper, broccoli and red onion. Don’t know calorie or carb count, didn’t follow a recipe.

Congrats! Or condolences on the chocolate? Not sure!

I have avoided ultra processed food for long enough that chips and fried foods smell rancid/oxidized.🤮
