MTN....gosh that is weird. Who would guess? Our bodies do odd things, that's for sure.
Think I will do my usual smoothie with out the blueberries. If I get sick I am gonna have to lay off the kefir tomorrow.
Oh BB.....I meant to add, that I have heard that consuming raw egg can lead to a biotin deficiency....so I just figured it was better to cook my morning egg. Can anyone address that? Do I just use the yolk?
