Mmmm..... I'm thinking cheesecakes and biscotti. What do you all use limoncello in?
Those are two very good places to use limoncello. I'm drawing a blank on what else I've used it for though.

Thanks, WZ and MTN. I'm going to put this on the back burner of winter projects, that time of year when I feel like making food incessantly :D

And make a sugar-free version for myself. I use erythritol instead of sugar.

What do you all use limoncello in?
A glass? :D It is a delicious, refreshing sipping liquor.

For body scrub recipes, look here. The readers rate the different recipes and there are plenty to choose from...

Thanks for the bath and body recipe link. I've already printed several. :)

About the sugar scrubs - will they still harden over time if I put them in an airtight jar?

I want to make some to put in gift baskets. Should I wait until closer to Christmas?

I love to make soap baskets and soak baskets, jams and jellies, bake cinnamon rolls or cinnamon toasted nuts (usually almonds).

I can't get a hold of Ann, but this one sounds close to what she makes. Some recipes out there have no egg or use chocolate syrup instead of chocolate extract so there is quite a bit of flexibility with this.

Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 can condensed sweet milk (Borden's)
12 oz. scotch
1 tsp. chocolate extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla

1) Beat eggs first with a whisk
2) add scotch, chocolate and vanilla extracts
3) slowly add whipping cream
4) slowly add condensed milk
