I forgot. Sugar snap peas in hummus....

I sent my kids out last year to pick some peas - they came in empty handed. Little boogers ate the dern things before they got inside
They all gathered on the deck and ate em! (they had two friends over)

Sounds like something I would do! Green beans rarely make into the house here either.

I would love to have an avocado tree! I'd make myself sick on'em. My FFIL has a little avocado tree in his living room. I wonder if he would know how to get one to sprout?

Serendipity. I was at the grocery store and they had ripe avocados. We had guacamole with our dinner. I ate mine with my baked chicken while I watched DH scoop it up with corn chips and DS turned his nose up at it yet again. mmmmmmmmmm!

I believe that Avos have to be grafted. They grow well here in so cal!

Noobie, I made the kale chips! Wow, that is like a little crunchy bit of salty air. I loved them, although I was a little heavy handed with the salt.
