I would love to completely transform agriculture in America, but I can't. I CAN choose to buy and not to buy foods that reflect my values.

So, as is often the case, vote with your dollar.

But we can't go out and buy things like raw milk etc... so its impossible to vote with your dollar.

Here is a chilling story...

Well they do remove kids who're not being fed at all, skinny/starving, so the next step is obese kids.

I honestly can't believe all the chubby kids I see out and about - its shocking.

Yes I would say if your kid is morbidly obese then there is a disconnect somewhere in your relationship with your children. But foster care? That's a bit harsh isn't it? Maybe they should just do involuntary counseling?

I honestly don't know though......I would feel uncomfortable telling someone else how to raise their kids. At the same time...I feel for the kids.........

Anyways, there is NO McDonald's allowed in this house. We RARELY eat anywhere but home. I'm tried of my little one eating junk.

However, if you ask her what her favorite restaraunt is she still jump up and down and say APPLEBEE'S!!! Though last night she really seemed to LOVE Cracker Barrel! LOL

I buy raw milk at the natural foods store. There is also a farm nearby that sells it.

It's illegal in Canada to sell raw milk... There's a goat farm near us that sells raw goat milk, but you have to sign a waiver/form thing that says you will use it for animal consumption only.
