Probably other things within the diet assists but, you are going "non-dairy". I am not. Love my fresh, raw goat milk!!
I had a quart jar of dehydrated kale and ground it. Produced about 1/2 cup powder. It takes A LOT of kale to fill a quart jar! If I am conservative and say 8 cups raw kale = 4 cups dehydrated = 1/2 cup powder, I get 6 teaspoons = 1 cup fresh kale. So the 4 teaspoons might not be far off??? Depends on how many cups of fresh kale is really in a quart jar.Sounds like a great experiment! Take X amount of leaves and dehydrate, then see what the amount is when dried. I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it with my own eyes either. Good luck with the new WOE!

Definitely!y grocery cost will go up a bit for giving them salads but it's worth it!![]()
