Sure....
Hawaiian Ham Spread

1 1/2 cups cooked ham
1 8 ounce crushed pineapple (drained)
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. of ground cloves

put in food processor and process till well blended. Heat and put in sterilized jars and pressure can for 75 minutes at 11 lbs.

Yesterday.......

Chicken Broth- (3) quarts, (3) pints, (1) 1/2 pint
Tomato Sauce-(4) pints
Salsa-(1) pint, (4) 1/2 pints
Cranberry Sauce-(3) 1/2 pints

Today........

Pears-(7) quarts-I really hope these turn out, since this was the first time I've ever raw packed fruit. Usually hot pack method.

That's enough for now, but I need to find more 1/2 pint or jelly jars cause I want to try some Orange Marmalade.

Yesterday I canned

4 quarts of 10 bean soup (actually 5 but 1 didn't seal )
2 quarts of red beans

Today I canned

2 quarts of Great Northern White Beans
2 quarts of brown Pinto Beans
3 quarts mixed beans

All were seasoned with country ham leftover from the Holidays that I had saved in my freezer to season with.

To those of you who have had BAD tasting/smelling venison...........First off....Make sure it is a doe.
Secondly.....
when cleaning a deer, CLEANLINESS is next to GODLINESS.
1) NO HAIR!
2) NO TENDONS!
3) NO BLUE SKIN!
4) NO BONES!!!

Follow these simple rules and you will enjoy the best meat God ever put on this earth for man to eat.
