19 pints of okra. 6 half pints of pickled jalapeños. Done with those.

Beans are cleaned and ready to can tomorrow.

Grower didn't have onions this week, so I just have succotash, zucchini relish, and banana peppers outstanding

Used this recipe. Had about 8 slices of jalapeños that I just couldn't force into the jar. They are magnificent. 2/3 Mississippi peppers 1/3 ohio peppers

Anyone ever use this site before for recipes? Wondering if ok to us? I have only ever used my Ball canning book. Thanks!
This is the best canning resource in the world. Better than Ball because it is updated. If you use a Ball book, you should buy a new copy every 5 or 10 years to be sure you stay current. I keep my canning info current by taking notes (date included!) from NCHFP in my Ball book.
