Mom said that Grandma always did a couple jars of apricot pineapple when she was a kid. It was a favorite with her and her brothers. So Im doing a batch.

I have a bag of peaches as well that I'm going to use for peach strawberry jam. Mom said I can have another bag at Thanksgiving. I was out of freezer room this trip

Now that's a bunch of busy! 👍 What are you planning to have made up when done?
Sorted out the bruised pears and made pear jam. Trying to decide if I want to do another batch of jam (there's just enoigh cut up pears to do it) or make vinegar next.

Once they start to ripen I'll do bottled pears, pie filling, and refill my dehydrator (my car) once the current batch is dry.

Then do vinegar.
