Daisy May. That is what we named our Jersey. She was a sweet old cow who would win anyone's(well anyone SS) heart. Of course it is a tradition in dh's family that a milk cow is to be named Daisy.

May I suggest one.. How about Clover.. Because you are lucky to have her. And a clover is Irishy..

O.M.G. She's a "Mabel" I have no idea why. It's just her name. Call her whatever you want, but that is what *I* am going to call her. If it's too old-fashioned you can modernize to MayBelle. or Maybelline.
