Here's mine. I have looked at it from Google Earth, but there's not much to see. The latest view was at least 5 years ago, and it is mostly trees where the barn is now.
This is looking down the hill from the house:

That sunset picture always gives me *cold* shivers up my spine :) But the colors are beautiful! Winter is so pretty, I wish it just weren't so cold.

Here is a front shot of my house. Contrary to what some might think, this newer full brick home is very sturdy :/

Here is an aerial shot that my dd took while out flying with dh. I had to choose one out of about 1000 pics of our property that he has saved to the puter.

That's a great way to show your place, k0xxx. How many acres do you have there?

If I send you the section, township & range of my place, can you post it for me?
Just 15 acres.

I'd be happy to try. I can try to locate it that way, or if you have them, GPS coordinates may be easier. If it's not too rural, I may be able to find it with the address (mine is too rural for the address route).

I can always send a larger view to you through e-mail, you can mark the location on that view, and then I can zoom in.

One way or another, we should be able to get it for you. If you'd like to send me your info via e-mail, you can use k0xxx-at-yahoo.com.
I can find the satellite pic of our farms, but I can't copy them and paste them....tell me how you did it.....thanks K
I'm sorry that I missed this earlier and haven't responded yet. The easiest way (well, the only way that I can remember at the moment), is to find your property and zoom in as you would like to see the picture. From the "View" menu, select Full Screen.

Then press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard (This will take a "screen shot of what is on your monitor, and works with anything you have on the screen).

Then, open the Paint program that comes with Windows. Press "Control - V", or select "Paste" from the Edit Menu. The picture will be placed in paint. From there you can edit it and save it.

If it sounds complicated, it's just my explanation. It is actually very easy. If for some reason you have trouble, feel free to e-mail me direct and I'll try to help. There is probably a way to do this within Google Earth, but at the moment I have a new computer and haven't loaded GE onto it yet.

Also, if you need help to re-size the picture, change it's dimensions, etc., just let me know.

Our part of the world. The red star is at the southwest corner of the property for some reason. We currently have just under 2 fenced acres surrounded by farmland.
