Next question - what is the health benefit of lactofermenting the hummus, after I've soaked them in whey/water for 24 hours before cooking?

I'm working on weaning myself off caffeine. Started this once WannaBeFree mentioned cutting out caffeine really helped with anxiety issues. Currently mixing my coffee (one travel mug a day) grounds half regular/half decaf. Cut out a TON of Coca-cola; still haven't totally given it up, though...
