Colloidal silver. (Burned my arm on the wood stove yesterday.:hit) Immediately run cold water over burn for a couple of minutes or longer if needed, then dab with liquid colloidal silver on a cotton ball every few hours til the pain stops. Hurricane Sandy

Hi, I'm here in WV above 3000 Ft. so our forecast is for 20-30 inches of heavy wet snow, they always underestimate what actually happens. Some are saying to expect 50". It has been lightly snowing since early this morning but, just began to cling to the grass couple of hours ago. The first 1"...

    Salt Soap!

Can you put salt in melt and pour soaps or melt down someone else's well made soap and put salt in it? I collect hand made soap and buy it from local artisans, there are so many that make soap around here, that I have never learned how to make it myself.

Not ready for the Zombies? Take a course!

I ran across this same info a while back but I don't remember where. It is interesting that it is sort of going main stream now with an academic approach. Hmmm.....I guess thats so that the less religiously inclined can study the TEOTWAWKI situations also. Cool! The word Apocalypse (no zombies...

    Hunger Games

You are correct in saying there is considerable graphic violence described in the Bible. From the down fall of man in the book of Genesis to the torture and execution of Jesus Christ (which is very difficult to read), to the Book of Revelation. > "I saw also an angel standing in the sun, and he...

    Hunger Games

Call me old fashioned or closed minded or whatever, but I don't think I will be reading this. Teenagers fighting to the death? :ep :th I am kinda glad I don't have grandchildren growing up in these very troubling times. Required reading? Didn't we just see a school shooting or 2 just a while...

Jesus is the light of the world, He has told us everything we need to know, we just need to listen to Him. Go toward the Light. John 8:31-36 And so Jesus went on to say to the Jews that had believed him: If YOU remain in my word, YOU are really my disciples, and YOU will know the truth, and...

Agreed, but in that it is a sabbath in a spiritual sense, resting from our "own works" and doing God's work . I set aside one day a week to do this, but its not always on Sunday, and it does involve physical work like packing lunches and getting up early to feed animals, and cleaning up, and...

Sorry I was late to the discussion, I had stayed in town after meeting today for a baby shower, for a young friend, lots of fun and fellowship. I can shed some light on the sabbath question, I looked up some info and it is very interesting, that many people love God and want to follow some sort...

MEAT BIRDS THREAD ~Plans, pics, pens, pluckers, processing! GRAPHIC!

That looks pretty good in pictures. I doesn't look that heavy, but maybe something like this would work to move it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbHQCWt583k Or maybe this: We have had 2 of those Amish buildings delivered here, a chicken coop, and a storage building, they have some...
