Nope, I won't touch restaurant lemon slices, or drink from a glass that has had one on it. Germ factory!!!

I eat loads of fiber. I love oatmeal flavored with honey and cinnamon and eat it often as a quick snack. I have no lack of fiber. And I eat tons of raw carrots.

I don't know but it's interesting. I've never paid much attention to fiber....

I just crave high fiber foods. I don't really pay that much attention to it either.

I've been off sugar to a large degree for a long period of time and I feel sluggish. Everyone's body is different.

I'm off most sugar for a month now. I feel so much better. Britesea...I was on your diet a few years ago until I read a lot of negative things about it.

Amaretto:

1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Boil until the sugars are dissolved and let cool.

Stir in
2 Tablespoons almond extract
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
2 cups of vodka

That's it folks!


What a great money saving recipe.

Look up Stevia studies....and artificial sweeteners...to see the effects it has on fooling the brain and your system to actually help you retain weight. Not trying to talk you out of the diet you are on Britesea, since you are losing weight, but you are playing with fire and your system on this diet. There is just so much documentation that a high protein and fat diet, with little carbs, is a time bomb waiting to go off.
