Seven 1/2 pints of pickled red onions.

Last year's stash is holding up well. Gonna do a quick survey to see if anything warrants doing. If my supplier can get me some carrots, maybe. Considering potatoes this fall, too.

The wife found Ball wide mouth pint and a half jars. Stashed them for asparagus next spring.

Canned some more green beans today. Still have so many carrots left over from last year so I didn't even plant any this year. Can't wait for my tomatoes to get red, they seem slow to ripen

I did carrots a few years ago. My fav jars are ones where I added 1/3 - 1/2 C of mango juice. Delish!!
