I can vouch for this "feed bag" diet of Free's! I have been following this, also did the detox, and I have gone from 152 to 130. My skin is great.My entire way of eating has changed.

I drink a gallon or more a day. The only other drinks I have are 1-2 cups of coffee, green and kombucha tea. And kefir.:)

Every thing that has been posted is why I love being single! Plus no one frowns on my dogs sleeping on the sofa or in my bed. Or the fact that when there is freezing weather outside my chickens are in my spare room.:lol:
