I have a 4 yr old Grandgirl, who loves to "write", on paper. Whenever she shows me what she has written, I look and tell her she's doing a good job. I point out every squiggly looking "letter" and write the letter on another piece of paper, with showing her the same letter in one of her...

Please don't worry about how fast your little one is learning, that will come in good time. Just make learning fun and teach her to be creative - that will allow her to want to learn more. On another note - I have 3 younger sisters - we are all in our 40's - my third youngest sister still sucks...

We are going to do the same in digging and putting in a storm shelter. I looked for property with a cave that we could afford, but, no - each was too expensive. We also looked for property that had a basement, plus everthing else we want included, but , no - each property was lacking one thing...

What about alternatives for Thyroid Medication? I personally can't afford the more natural pig's....so I have to take generic Levothyroxin. Would this be one of those medications that are hard to come by in in case of an end to the world as we know it scenario?

If it was a community garden, why were those thrown away? I don't understand? Didn't someone ask if anyone else wanted those, before they were thrown away? Couldn't they have been put to the side for others to take, if wanted?

Everyone who has chimed in.......WOW! I've eaten pretty tame , like pigs feet, pigtail, oxtail....that's it! If you can try something first, go ahead and try it! But, if you can't, don't knock it! This is what I've learned from everyone here! Great lesson!
