I had ran out venison jerky so I took some meat out of the freezer. Thawed it out and made us some jerky. My grandsons can eat it as fast as I fix it. I freeze, dehydrate and can what ever I can get hold of. I am thinking about trying to can some meat this year. Haven't done that yet.
